4 times. I tried 4 times to call and talk to them about a simple doctors visit they decided not to cover last year. The charge for it got billed to me recently and then got tossed into collections. I’m no longer a client because I left that job, so I don’t have the phone number on the back of their card and the numbers online get you hung up on after spending several minutes trying to talk to someone. the phone number is OUT of OHIO and you are put on hold. They w=switched me to another HOLDing then disconnected me.
