4 times. I tried 4 times to call and talk to them about a simple doctors visit they decided not to cover last year. The charge for it got billed to me recently and then got tossed into collections. I’m no longer a client because I left that job, so I don’t have the phone number on the back of their card and the numbers online get you hung up on after spending several minutes trying to talk to someone.
