I was trying to get a quote I kept telling them that I know I’m on Medicare but I just want a quote instead of them explaining to me that that isn’t something they can do they just hung up or when they did transfer I ended up being disconnected
Anthem is truly bad for your health, had constant problems even after I cancelled them. Too bad there isn't a lower grade than 1
Denial of services and treatment for someone with a life threatening issue... Who says you can't sure an insurance company and win... your lawyers don't matter and your staff is going to cost you greatly.
