I’m extremely disappointed with the level of unprofessionalism I experienced from the leasing staff—specifically Jenifer and Jessica. I received calls from the office, and when I called back on two separate occasions, both times I was hung up on without explanation. My husband and I are very grateful to Jessica. She was a very kind and helpful woman who accompanied us throughout our entire process of applying for and acquiring an apartment. Don't be swayed by the negative comments; they only expect you to follow the rules, which really seem reasonable to me.
The 1 bedroom apartment is nice in appearance but not much storage. They don't seem to enforce the rule to pick up after your pet messes. Management is very unprofessional, especially Jennifer. She was actually screaming at us when we had to go there with a problem as we were moving out. There was an error on the amount they said we owed. At first she said it our fault. Management is very unprofessional and not accommodating to potential tenants. My friends have applied for an apartment and paid the deposit fee. My friends are no longer interested in the apartment and they have pulled the application; however, they are not returning the deposit fee to them. They are now reporting the review from my friend on Google, claiming that they are fake and “nonsense.” Unfortunately, the review is not fake.
