I would give 0 stars if I could. I read some of the views and still wanted to give this place a try. I called and went in. The two office ladies are very rude. I asked about an apartment home for me and my wife and I was treated very unkindly. I ending up Leaving. You can’t be rude to people and expect for them to give you their business.

I was going to move here but on the day of my walk through there was a huge roach in the bath tub and the unit wasn’t clean. I did my walk through the day before I was suppose to sign my lease and move in. I was excited, willing, and able to move in but due to the big issue and not being clean then I asked for my administrative fee back due to this not being any fault of my own. Zero star. Disappointed in 1) Unprofessional management 2) pool close most of the summer 3) High rent according to apartments 4) They behave like a boss 5) Too much rules from them- Feels like we live free or in jail. 6) Forget deposit. They will charge most of it. 7) No security camera. I’m extremely disappointed with the level of unprofessionalism I experienced from the leasing staff—specifically Jenifer and Jessica. I received calls from the office, and when I called back on two separate occasions, both times I was hung up on without explanation. Not only was the communication rude, but it was also completely disrespectful and uncalled for. My husband and I are very grateful to Jessica. She was a very kind and helpful woman who accompanied us throughout our entire process of applying for and acquiring an apartment. Don't be swayed by the negative comments; they only expect you to follow the rules, which really seem reasonable to me.
