Ive had no problems living here. Maintenance does great work. However the management seems to not be up to par. I keep getting emails regarding my renters insurance that I keep having to send them over and over again throughout the years. I keep getting bothered with emails about my "Non Compliance". This apartment complex is a complete disappointment when it comes to professionalism and transparency. I applied and was told everything was fine until a returned payment for the application fee (which I was never charged for) I was fully willing to resolve the issue, but when I asked simple questions about their policies, like where it states that an application fee could be sent to collections, the staff got defensive, offered no documentation, and ended up hanging up on me. Living at Anthem at Creekside has been such a wonderful experience over the past two years. I’ve loved the spacious layout and the convenient location near shopping and restaurants on Sam Ridley. The pricing is incredibly reasonable for the space and amenities offered. Jessica, the Assistant Community Manager, is always a joy to interact with—she greets me with a smile every time and is so pleasant to work with. Nick, the head of Maintenance, has been amazing! I would give 0 stars if I could. I read some of the views and still wanted to give this place a try. I called and went in. The two office ladies are very rude. I asked about an apartment home for me and my wife and I was treated very unkindly. I ending up Leaving. You can’t be rude to people and expect for them to give you their business.
I was going to move here but on the day of my walk through there was a huge roach in the bath tub and the unit wasn’t clean. I did my walk through the day before I was suppose to sign my lease and move in. I was excited, willing, and able to move in but due to the big issue and not being clean then I asked for my administrative fee back due to this not being any fault of my own.
