Doesn’t answer phone calls at any directory option and leaving a voicemail is pointless. I thought they had gone out of business but actually their service is just that terrible. It takes weeks for them to answer emails (if they even do). If you manage to contact them by some miracle, they will hardly ever provide you the information you need, i.e repair estimates, turn around times, etc. If you need further validation as to why this company is a nightmare to work with, just read their Glassdoor reviews.
Upper management is telling employees to submit 5 star reviews and even stated they would write ones for us to post. That should tell you everything you need to know about their business practice
