I agree with the negative star reviews! Never heard back from this Dr office. I’ve called multiple times since September 2025 and they never answer or call back. I’m not sure how they run this clinic.

These receptionist are either very lazy or just dont care about the doctors patients Its absolutely ridiculous that the doctor did his job diagnosed my mother with rheumatoid arthritis and referred her to a specialist and these receptionist dont send over the referrals to where they need to go and NEVER answer their phones i had to go in person to their office to get a referral sent to HDMG via fax something that is done instantly and when i call HDMG they havent received it. My father visited Dr Kareti twice in October & November 2025 and both times we were there 10 minutes before his appointment times and both times we waited for 35 minutes after his appt time to be seen, then when he was called to the room to be seen by Dr Karieti we waited another 15-20 minutes for Dr Kareti to walk in like it’s okay to have a patient waiting for an hour after his appointment time without apologizing for running behind, the nurse assistant didn’t even acknowledge him running behind they have no respect for pa... read more
