It sucks that the Av only has two hospitals I was treated at this hospital during an er visit was treated very poorly a nurse put my Iv in wrong which caused me to have blood clots in my arm and other serious health conditions the hospital hasn’t made this nurse be held accountable nor done anything about the situation except give me the run around if you can please don’t go to this hospital
I would seriously get this Hospital a zero rating. The way that they leave people out in the hallways in the gurneys cuz they're waiting for their rooms is just completely appalling, Bismol and is acting like a third world country. These patients do not get any quality treatment whatsoever, and because they're on a gurney they are not allowed to have any family member with them. I can't believe Kaiser contracts with a hospital that has no one that knows how to treat people professionally. Thought I was in a third world country walking into the emergency room. Thought this was the Unted States of America, unfortunately the American Citizen no longer exists and can't get service ahead of nonpaying illegals.
They just thew a patient in a wheel chair on the ground that was having a seizure. Dumpted her and all the security guards left her and walked back in hospital. Some men just happened to be in the area and caught it on video.
My brother in law was sent to this hospital from Antelope Villa which is a lock down facility for patience with mental and other issues. My bother in law has suffered from schizophrenia and with out his medications. He becomes aggressive, illucinations and bad memories from abusive childhood . When on his meds he is basically a normal and mellow person . We where called because he had escaped the facility and ran into traffic .
