Horrible! Been here for a year n a half. In that time I have had black mold in the bathroom the whole time , bums pooping on the front lawn, neighbor was robbed at gun point, bf car got a bb/ bullet hole in the window. Nothing was fixed the entire time we were here. Trying to move ASAP, septic tank keeps bursting and you can see and smell #\$%\$ allllllll the time. Playground is busted and rusty ...management is kind/ nice but that won t help with nothing getting fixed and risking your life with all these hazards
