Some of the worst possible customer service ever. They never returned the calls when messages car left. After over 11 phone calls I have yet to get a human. I have sent multiple emails with a simple question on the operation of a single piece of equipment and have only received emails demanding receipts dates accusing me of damaging their equipment xcetera when all I want is a yes or no question answered. Nonexistent Customer Support. Calls to their support line result in dead air or voicemails that never get listened to. Is anyone even there? Unacceptable considering they are a worldwide company.
