Ant Dawgs MMA is not only a place to work out for me it is a completely different way of living. When I first started going to Ant Dawgs MMA I was really heavy (255lbs) I did not have a routine. Awesome staff both knowledgeable and friendly, clean facilities with ample room to train everything you need for combat sports
World class level of coaches but they are very humble and nice. This is my first mixed martial arts gym in my life but I can say it is top class gym. Huge and clean, good time schedule, variety class, treat all people well. You can be stronger physically and mentally. No reason to hesitate, it doesn’t matter you are old, small, weak…. they are here to help your training not for beat you up or blame you.
