great coaches and very fun sessions
This place has been the best experience in MMA, Jujitsu, Maui Thai, and streangth conditioning by far. They have a professional and respectful environment while keeping it extremely encouraging. I’ve seen so much progress and continue to be amazed by how well they can put so much time and effort into EACH and every one of their students, no one is ever left behind. Thank you Antdawg’s for the environment, community, confidence, and progress you’ve supplied to myself and the rest of Gilroy!
I absolutely love Antdawgs Gym! I’ve been coming here since August of 2025 and I couldn’t be happier with the results I’ve seen in my body. The environment is super motivating, and the staff and members are all so welcoming and amazing. It really feels like a community, not just a gym. Everyone is supportive and makes you feel comfortable no matter your fitness level. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a positive place to work out!
Great for all ages
This is exactly what kids need. Great directions, positive attention, and all in a protective space. Professional teaching on All levels! My granddaughter is learning self control and social skills. ALL while enjoying themselves.
