Such a great gym. Wide variety of classes, mostly beginner friendly. AMAZING coaches, fun people, and the best environment! Family friendly too. Four of the five kids I have all take kids classes here.

What can I say about Antdawg’s mma it’s the best gym in gilroy California the coaches are excellent they work with you teach how to perform your workouts and fix your laziness
