Looking to downsize, we were able to find the perfect plan in this neighborhood. We are patiently waiting for the home to be completed. Ronit has been extremely helpful throughout this process. She has been keeping us informed throughout the entire process. We are looking forward to the completion of our new home.
Great warranty service - thanks to Jacob coordinating. We had several requests and all were addressed the next day. Plumbers actually came out on a Sunday morning to clear a clogged drain. Electricians put in new breaker for new dryer and we had a new vent installed for oven. Minor stuff but all were resolved the next day. Good work.
