We had spiders and ants before we had A.N.T. Pest Control come out an perform a very thorough application of poison. Now after over two weeks not a sight of any spiders and only an occasional ant spotted on the concrete patio (nothing inside the house). The technician cleared out a massive amount of spider webs and sprayed the crawlspace. Then he sprayed and removed some other webs on the outside of the house. I called because we had ants in our kitchen. The woman who set up my appointment was very nice and process was easy. Two days later the technician Sean arrived and he spent about 1 hour locating multiple ant colonies. Sean was very knowledgeable and did a nice job of explaining all the steps he was taking to eliminate the ants and that it could take up to two weeks to get rid of them completely. Dave and his team gave us our peace of mind back at home. From the first phone call I knew they would provide a better experience than the other companies I had contacted whose representatives couldn’t answer questions about the products they used but claimed to be “experts”, nor could they explain how they would not only treat, but also prevent the problem from coming back. Professional. Thorough. Absolutely knowledgeable. We had spotted some mice droppings set some traps caught a couple called A.N.T. Right away. Never had a problem in 19 years of living here even though we live in a rural area. Dave did a deep dive into where they were getting in and sent us a very detailed report. We had a great experience with A.N.T. Pest Control. They were very professional, called ahead before arriving, and followed up afterward to make sure everything was taken care of. The technician was pleasant, courteous, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable pest control services.
