I called because we had ants in our kitchen. The woman who set up my appointment was very nice and process was easy. Two days later the technician Sean arrived and he spent about 1 hour locating multiple ant colonies. Sean was very knowledgeable and did a nice job of explaining all the steps he was taking to eliminate the ants and that it could take up to two weeks to get rid of them completely. Had a great experience with ANT Pest Control. Very thorough job was done. The technician, Shaun, explained everything he was going to do prior to starting. Very happy we switched over after 25 years using our previous pest control company. Communication was also great!
Dave and his team gave us our peace of mind back at home. From the first phone call I knew they would provide a better experience than the other companies I had contacted whose representatives couldn’t answer questions about the products they used but claimed to be “experts”, nor could they explain how they would not only treat, but also prevent the problem from coming back. HIGHLY recommend. Used another local company that couldn’t get rid of our ear wigs and they were not very professional. I’ve had ANT come out twice (once was a preventative treatment) and haven’t had any issues since! Very reasonably priced as well and Shaun always does a great job explaining everything.
Excellent service. Easy to schedule. Prompt and efficient. So knowledgeable. Jen, Dave and Sean were great in informing me what they were doing, what I could expect and what I needed to do. Highly recommend.
