Answerwest is an Excellent Company to have answer your phones. I have the feeling they are a "Old School" type of enterprise which is hard to find it seems...Kudos to Answerwest...We have many years working with this outfit... Please stay the way you are now and have been for so many years

So I guess my Dr uses Answerwest - I called my Dr's office over the weekend ( knowing that I would be told they aren't open ) and I got the answering service. The person was professional and helpful, took my message and I did receive a call back. Thank you Answerwest for just doing your job! Great experience!
