Phil was a godsend when it was time to find residential care for my dad. It’s a complicated and difficult process, and his support and compassion was such a help. Juliana Young was exceptional! I toured 6 Independent Living Communities coordinated by Juliana. What impressed me the most was how well connected she is to this community. I felt like I was in good hands. Her knowledge base is superior and she was so personable and helped me navigate the process for what to look for when finding a community that best fit my mom. Lily literally saved our family. For over five years she navigated so much more than just care for our parents.
