I had the best experience by an employee by the name of Marley, she was a tremendous help very kind, soft spoken, informative, and patient to say the least. I've had trouble in the past with other answering services, but this by far was my best experience. Thank you Answer All for a job well done, I know with team members like Marley, I can trust that my family, and I are in good hands.
Carol who has a horrible telephone voice, claimed she was a manager. Rude! She told me to call the company when they are open and humg up... I called back and she argued with me. So what is their purpose????
Be careful trusting this company with your answering service needs. The hold times are long (over 7 minutes for each of my two calls) and Mitch, the owner is rude and argumentative. He complained to me about having 35 people on hold and not enough staff to answer the calls. Customer service is not a priority with this company.
