Cannot speak highly enough of this particular store! I called in the morning to enquire about aids for my dear Mum in Law and spoke to Dee -a lovely helpful woman and then when I travelled down to the store in Salamander Bay she helped me with all my needs. Very warm and compassionate The store itself is clean and laid out so well with so many helpful pieces of equipment - Thank you Dee for all your friendly assistance you gave me today 🥰

We called to short term hire a mobility scooter to be delivered a nd picked up from the Mantra in Nelson's Bay , one was available $80.00 for the week, that's the usual price we pay from other providers, all good, then the lady said there is a delivery fee and pick up fee, usually we have been charged anywhere from $10.00 to$50.00 thats ok, however they wanted $120.00 each way from. SalamandaBay toNelsons Bay and return . Sorry that's just a ridiculous amount for that service. Very unhappy, and my husband will now be limited... read more

Since dealing with Anstey's Salamander I can highly recommend the service, the staff from the manager to the delivery people are absolutely fantastic. I recently had to test a lift chair & also a mobility scooter. Dee showed me several options & was very helpful in her advice. The scooter episode was one of the most fun days I've had for a long time. They let me drive it around the shop, & they were all laughing, as I was, Clare( manager) Dee & Leanne made the whole experience an absolute delight. Great team Good service & p... read more

You know what you did. You sold a dementia client a $4,000+ motor scooter knowing he was going to use it to travel from annabay to salamander Bay shopping centre. Than you drove past him while his scooter had flipped over and he was on the ground. You saw this and continued to just drive past him and didn't assist. Legally not your responsibility, however morally shame shame on you. This is down right Disgusting ! Money more important than well-being Disgraceful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
