This place has really let me down. Years of check ups and xrays but never been told that I had serious gum problems, just "see you in 6 months". Now having expensive private treatment which could have been avoided. Also incorrect advice which has made the problems worse over several years. The exception was lovely Dr Jacek, who sadly left a few years ago. All downhill since !
Dr bismah and Michelle on reception were very helpful, kind. Quick and very informative made sure I had all the information needed for my treatment and were very helpful in supporting my needs
Disappointed with pricing transparency. The price on the website didn’t match what I was charged in the clinic—around 2–3× higher. I wasn’t given a clear explanation. This feels misleading. Please honour the advertised price or update the website.
Elisha the nurse at the dentist was a star, thanks to her she made me feel so comfortable and secure. If it wasn’t for her I would’ve probably had a panic attack and suffered severe epileptic fits
