We got a piece of jewellery appraised here in 2021, all fine and dandy. We recently sold said ring privately and went in for confirmation for the buyer. The woman running the place was more interested in telling us we were wrong that trying to find a solution. This is the owner/part owner from my assumptions. Absolutely wonderful service super transparent and amazing work for the $ Had dropped off a ring to get repaired Got it fixed and cleaned and it looked amazing!! Would recommend
