Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Considering my room was less than half of the cost of other accommodation in the area I was pleasantly surprised. The room was neat, very clean and light. * Oct 2025 - Pretty sure they have CLOSED down. Last time I stayed in Ballarat I was unable to contact them. Drove past and it was all closed up, blinds down etc.
Warm and cosy on arrival. Friendly staff.
Centre of town and right across the theatre. Beautiful building but needs some love. We were downstairs in a room near reception and you can hear everything in the hall. The blinds don't cover all the light as well so you get light coming in from the hallway, if you need absolute darkness, this is not for you.
