Good place to live, Jackson and Courtney do a great job and are very friendly. I like the improvements they are doing to the building, especially changing the front doors to each apartment.
I have loved living at Ansonia Center. It is difficult to find an apartment building that accepts dogs, but my pups are welcomed with open arms. The property management team has always been very helpful and quickly responsive to all questions and concerns regarding lease, building, etc. The maintenance team is always working hard to keep the building clean and updated. Everyone from staff to tenants to dogs are friendly and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend!
Apartment living, and in Downtown Buffalo no less, was a big change for me after 47 years in a huge old home, but I Love it here at Ansonia! The friendly Managers really respond quickly to any requests or issues and the Maintenance fellows are awesome. I've seen some great upgrades in the 3 years I've been here, and I'm sure there will be more. I appreciate the off street parking and secure access. Ansonia was a good choice for me.
I have lived here for two years now. The management company is extremely friendly and easy to work with. Whenever something needs attention, they are quick to respond and get it taken care of, even on weekends sometimes. The building is also in a great location in the heart of the theatre district.
We have been at Ansonia for almost 13 years now and we just love it. Every year when our lease comes up we think about maybe buying or moving but why would we? It's pretty affordable as far as downtown living goes. We did make a move this past year though --into one of the bigger renovated apartments and it's been worth it. Since Savarino, Courtney and Jackson took over, We feel very taken care of here. Plus you can't beat the view of our "front yard"!
