Today my wife, Kathleen and I visited Anson Nursery in Lecanto, FL. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Niome who assisted us in the selection of a new Red Maple tree. Niome also helped us with the selection of some other plantings including Petas and Cape Mango Tecomaria. She was very Professional and Friendly answering all of our questions. Looks like they only respond to the positive reviews IGNORANT ATTITUDE. Terrible business practice even worse workers who have NO IDEA What they are doing ‼️Save your money shop elsewhere
The worst people to do business with 11plants they planted 1100.dollars 2years later 5 dead had the nursery plant them their guy’s had NO IDEA What they were doing their instructions on their letterhead says add bagged soil to your soil when planting when I called for the 4th time she said oh that means add the soil from the container THATS NOT WHAT IT SAYS ‼️BAD BUSINESS NASTY PEOPLE WHEN WE BOUGHT THEM WE WERE GUARANTEED they would be over our 4 foot fence in a year WOULD NEVER recommend them to anyone better off at Home ... read more
No, go to Lowe’s. Staff was condescending and irritating, didn’t know swat. First staff said I don’t know, she said I’m here 3 months. The older one was annoying, kept asking if she could help but said I could Google it for more information about the plant they are selling. And pointed were the plants were. Then suggested sending out their Jason to give an estimate and insisted we buy their install and plant’s as apposited to us buying the plants and installing it ourselves. horrible had a landscape done via the owner Jason and we are so displeased, he did not upholding the 6 month warranty after my palm trees died shortly after installation. Jason is a liar and hides behind his staff he would not return my calls with many excuses on this matter via e mail.
