Anytime I need an appt. They get me in that day or the next. There's never a wait time. I've had problems with the pharmacy in Abilene and the staff at the clinic are always prompt in helping with it. Virtual visits are the best thing when you don't want to get the kids out or yourself because of the weather. I highly recommend Elaine for any annual exams. Front staff office staff is rude and ignorant. And I have to wait days to see DR Johnson. Why even make an appt. here? Go elsewhere.
