12 days there and care for patients was non- existent. Staff ignored your problems. Terrible service
My Brother was recently a resident at this facility, Hospice care. Words will never express the gratitude that I have for this facility. He was treated with respect and the care was excellent, from housekeeping to nursing care to meals. When you have a family member who is in their final days and has been through so much, to have a group of professionals to do absolutely everything possible to make sure the loved one is cared for is, in itself, amazing! I found this place for my father after he had knee replacement surgery, this place was amazing however this was 10yrs ago I’m reading the reviews and it seems as if management/administration has changed which is sad. It’s hard finding a place that you can entrust your loved ones and this has always been the place i recommend unfortunately I will have to further invest these claims that I’m reading about as my uncle is looking for a place for my aunt.
Please Do Not work here or bring your love one here. . I met the CNA who was taking care of my love one while I was visiting my love one at this facility. The CNA told me that they are constantly hiring and The DON Sharon always running people away ..when your employees talks about someone in management who is leader role is not good at all I understand she is fairly new as a DON . . she definitely shouldn’t let her new role affects how she treats employees.
