Dr Das scheduled and cancelled a valve replacement twice and is leaving my stepmother to die. He doesn't care about her life or the quality of it. No other solutioning. This medical institution doesn't care about their patients. I can't believe they're willing to let her die. They won't even try anything even if she is willing to take the risk of surgery.
