Great service from Anser power systems They got my generator going on a sprayfoam rig in a couple hours From phone call to fixed same day Very honest and efficient Thankyou.
The service department was very helpful and willing to share and use their expertise in resolving the issues with my generator.
Call this company June 11th 2024 to service my generator; the guy that answered the phone call told me that the service manager will call me back to schedule the service…..more than two weeks later…. cricket noises, nobody called me back since then. I don’t understand the way this people do business. Update: From 1 start to 3. After reading this review a company’s representative called me and explained what happened to my service call. I think I will give them a chance to do business together. Really appreciate the effort.
Needed a service call, with travel time (Chilliwack to Mission to Abbotsford) to trouble shoot and change the oil was $615.00 **We had to have our gas fitter come and fix the problem on top of the charge from Anser** Seems a bit costly.
