Very poor service or follow up. Vacations are more important to this company than their customers.
Had two very good experiences with this company, taking care of my Generator and one very bad one when I expressed my concern with the invoice over the bad one they didn’t listen to me at all. I just happily paid the bill and moved on and will not use them again.
