They did such a poor installation of the central air conditioning system in our home, not only does the system still leak condensation badly enough to have caused major flood damage twice, the evaporation coil constantly freezes up requiring us to switch off the a/c and run the circulation fan for a couple hours to thaw it back out to regain air flow several times a day. My husband called to book an appointment and was told he would be called back the same week or early next week. We waited three weeks to then have to follow up ourselves to be told it would be another week. Waited another week… We called back and was told it would be another week. No set dates, no fixed times, no follow ups… Also no compassion for having waited any amount of time. Cancelled the “appointment”. Was booked next day elsewhere.
