Negligent staff cost me a baby kitten that I was nursing back to health personally. Within 4 days of boarding her with their "expert" staff my little kitten was dead. She was covered in flea poop and had not been cleaned up at all. They did not keep up with her medication that THEY prescribed. She was clearly dehydrated; she was eating fine before being boarded there and was stick thin when I returned.
