Came here to write a review about Ansco installing ATT fiber optics and cutting our water line and damaging our yard only to realize this is a frequent occurrence for them according to all the reviews. I have no idea why ATT still uses them after this many issues. They did not come tell us they were installing and dug up the entire yard damaging and making a mess and cutting right through our water line. These people can't dig a hole without cutting internet fiber lines. The incompetence knows no bounds.
Don’t use them. The Supervisors lie to your face about providing paperwork when property damage occurs. They allowed thousands of gallons of raw sewage to enter storm drain into Lake Norman. Corporate will not do anything. They don’t have spill kits, they don’t have the state required paperwork on hand and refuse to send it.
Ansco & Associates caused severe damage to my yard for AT&T fiber. Neither company is taking responsibility or even attempting to fix what they damaged. Do not let them on your property!
