After 811 clearly marked the locations of the fibers leaving the post in ny yard, Ansco brought out an excavator and scoooped right across the marks, severing all the cables. It took 3 weeks to fix, and in the end there are fibers sticking out of the ground in my yard, and looped around outside of the open connection posts. Job well done.
This people laid AT&T cable in flowers and did the worst job you can think of. Left messes in many properties, damaged multiple yards, sewage lines, drive ways - Do not hire these crooks.

Contracted by AT&T to lay fiber and the crews have had complete disregard for already existing services, even after the Locate services remarked the lines a 2nd time.
