Initially had the pleasure of dealing with a surly worker who upon being asked what he was doing on our property, explained to my wife that his company had right of way and that she should go back inside and leave them alone. This company has little to no respect for people living in the neighborhoods they are working in, tearing up yards, failing to put them back like prior, locking down the entire neighborhood with no-parking signs, and constantly extending the duration of their project, first it was 2-1/2-14, then 2-14/3-1, then, 3-1/3-14, then 3-14/3-29, now, after all that the neighborhood is still locked down from 4-1/4-14, but something tells me this won’t be the last week of construction! Team dug in our yard last week to lay fiber. Woke up to a sink hole in our front yard. Submitted ticket on Wed. Escalated multiple times. Zero remediation plan from team. Our neighborhood is now littered with hollow holes that are incredibly dangerous to kids. Explained this in support ticket and escalations. Local team non-responsive to Ansco support on remediation time. Could be fixed, but Ansco has shown zero interest in responding. Ticket # 87565.
