Team dug in our yard last week to lay fiber. Woke up to a sink hole in our front yard. Submitted ticket on Wed. Escalated multiple times. Zero remediation plan from team. Our neighborhood is now littered with hollow holes that are incredibly dangerous to kids. Explained this in support ticket and escalations. Local team non-responsive to Ansco support on remediation time. Could be fixed, but Ansco has shown zero interest in responding. Ticket # 87565.
