The absolute worst service I’ve received in my 70 years. Ask for service, days and weeks can go by with no update or information unless you call and that’s no help from the office person. After decades of business at this place with our family service is pathetic. There are others business in the area that are responsive, professional, and friendly. Definitly do not choose this place.
I had a great experience today with Tom and Jim. I attempted a home faucet installation and failed. Luckily, I was able to turn the water line leaking. I called the Anchutz late in the day and left a message. I a call this am, that they were able to come today later in the day, as they were on a call ib Sister Bay. They called me at 1230pm ish and were on their way. Service was excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. Will continue to use their services and recommend if you have any need for a plumber. Save our bacon when a small but fairly urgent plumbing problem arose. Came out the same day when other plumbers were telling us 7 to 10 days. Very happy.
