This business underinsured my home and property to the point that if there was a loss I would of been insured less than half of its values.,I would recommend not using this business and insurance and management did nothing to correct it . I had no choice but to leave after several attempts to get properly insured and risk huge loss as pointed out by other agents . It’s also been one month and I still haven’t received my prorated refund . I would never recommend this agency to anyone!!
After my insurance agent retired my policy was transferred to Ansay out of Port Washington. Agents there were slow to respond to every request. Example: I contacted them April 6th to request an update to our policy to reflect that the property will be occupied April 10th and HAVE STILL NOT HEARD BACK as of May 23rd. Slow is an understatement.
Completely unimpressed with the level of service and experience by the agents at Ansay. If honesty and credibility are somehting you are looking for in an insurance agency I would go elsewhere.
