I requested they call before coming out for the "Scheduled Inspections", which they only showed up 2 times in 2 years, and did not call. When I approached them about not calling they were rude. Our 2 years is up, will not use or recommend them again.
I called ANS Wastewater on Sunday because our pump had gone out. When I spoke with the woman there, I told her that we were really needing someone out that day to pump some of the water out so we could get to the pump and have it replaced as sewage water was overflowing from our tanks. She told me no problem, they'd have someone out within a couple of hours. Horrible company, never respond to calls, system they installed is always causing problems, going on 4 years now
