This place is awful. The sold us an engagement ring, had to resize the ring which left black marks from the hot gold inside the details. I took it back to get it a size up again and more black dust was stuck inside the details. The owner and a worker both looked at it closely and said they don't see anything when you can clearly see it. Also, they resized the ring and left it all bent, dropped it and the stone fell out and they bent the sides of that too. I will never return here again. VERY MEAN RUDE PEOPLE THERE , THEY DIDNT EXPLAIN THERE SELF AND TOOK MY MONEY
SCAM ! FRAUD ! Bought a chain for $700, it immediately broke a short time after , I took the chain back and they said they “fixed it”, the chain broke another two times within the span of a couple of weeks. When I tried to return the chain or sell it back, the owner did not want to take it back and said I couldn’t return it, even though this was her chain I had issues with.
