Rooms were nice but that’s the only nice thing here. Staff and management are horrible, everyone is very disrespectful and are only willing to help if you’re one of the people that have been living here for years. I would highly suggest stopping at any OTHER motel/ hotel in the area. I did not enjoy my stay and will not be going back again.
This will be a bit long so I apologize but my husband, our 3 kids, and 2 dogs stayed here for the better part of a year (around 9months). We had no where to go while we looked for permanent housing, Beth at ans was absolutely amazing! Most hotels have a small time frame they let you stay, not at ANS! During a very difficult time in our lives she provided a safe environment where we could stay long term until we were able to find a rental. Which meant we didn't have to bounce around.
