Second time using ANS and I was very pleased both times. First time they replaced my pads, rotors and installed aftermarket brake lines. Second visit was a oil, transmission fluid change and tire rotation. Both quotes were under the competition. I recently moved to Queens from New Jersey where I was able to do basic maintenance and most repairs myself. I’m not a mechanic, but fairly knowledgeable around cars. Ekrem is as honest as they come and I’m glad that I found him.
I found CHICKEN bones in my AC filter! Absolutely unacceptable experience at Ans Auto Care. I came in for a basic oil change, but they didn’t even have the right oil on hand. I had to wait over an hour just for them to go get it. Should have left then. While I was there, they removed my spark plug and told me it needed to be replaced. My car is new.
