Dr Russ is one of the best people that I have ever met. He is kind and patient and most of all knowledgeable! You couldn't ask for a better animal caregiver but most of all he is PRESENT and listens and acts accordingly. Dr. Russ and his family are wonderful!!

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.
