HR is nonexistent and a half assed with no overview and has no proper orientation for new employees Lack of care on metal detectors, x-rays, and check weighers due to being overloaded with work so they are unable to keep up then ship unfinished work claiming its been thoroughly checked Could be a good company but they choose to not to implent any standardization because they are lazy. Kenny McKee at Anritsu is selling great metal detection systems. The engineering behind these units creates a simple, straight-forward interface to operate and clean the machines. Kenny brought the demo van to our facility and that really sold the product for us. Also, the customer service has been great. Kenny answers his phone whenever I call.

Anritsu makes an excellent product and prior to this order everything went smoothly. On this order, delays and then extended delays have created a major issue for my operations group. Love the product but execution is lacking
