Our 8 year old dachshund was having back problems. Having been referred to NW referrals (Anrich) by our local vet, we met Adam who did a very thorough examination of her back and neck. He advised an MRI scan and this was done the same day. Problem was identified and is being dealt with via medication as Adam didn't consider an operation was necessary. Either corporate greed with veterinarians or outright ineptitude appear to be on the rise. In any case, if your dog has a serious condition, you cannot trust this veterinarian. I am unable to endorse this veterinarian and would warn anyone considering utilizing them to stay away.
Sadly, I brought my cat here multiple times since she was coughing and wheezing a lot. Other than giving her a steroid shot each time and recommending that we pay an additional £200 for the x-rays we have already had, the veterinarian has done nothing to help over the last six months. Every time we attend, it seems like a new veterinarian who doesn't know about her prior appointments, and they haven't paid attention to our worries. The vet seemed to not have skill to diagnose properly and gave wrong advice. They tried to scam my money by pushing expensive treatments I didn’t need. The receptionist gave me rude service and ignored my questions.
I want to express my sincere gratitude to Ros and the entire team at the clinic. Throughout Siu Dim’s journey, everyone showed genuine kindness, patience and compassion. Their support truly made a difference during this hard time. This is honestly the best veterinary clinic I have ever experienced, both in Hong Kong and in the UK. Thank you for taking such good care of Siu Dim and for always treating us with respect and warmth.
