He was called back as he didn't get better! to make an appointment and was told to get a probiotic for their own pets or pets at home. A purchase from Pets at Home was attempted, but it requires ordering and takes several days to arrive.
I've never been late for an appointment before, so they weren't very patient or helpful, and they wouldn't let me see my dog even though I was anxious.
Bad service.
