The work was completed on schedule and in a timely way by Pinnacle General Contractors Culver City, and the staff did an excellent job cleaning things up. Kudos to the owner, who was extremely helpful and answered all of our concerns so we knew what to anticipate.
my business with this company offers no real benefit to them - no $, big-time referrals, really nada. They are tearing down a cute bungalow a block from my condo, which has a flood-destroyed kitchen (dont ask about the hoa). I am in a bind. The bungalow kitchen will transfer right to my space-appliances, cabinets, as opposed to being bulldozed or somehow disposed of (it ain't modern). They have continually failed to repair the roof properly on a multi million dollar home they built with this being the fifth time in three years that a leak has appeared in the same spot. I will pay over 3k to repair it properly this time.
no stars for this bloated company forcing oversized overpriced residences into our previously peaceful canyon, causing noise and pollution and being rude and insulting to long time residents. they demolished my property and have as yet failed to recompense me. thier tactic is to ignore.
