This was the first time I used their service and I am definitely going to use them again soon. They did a super high-quality job and were helpful, responsive, and polite!
I was waiting for the estimate that was scheduled for 6/23 at 4pm. I received a message from Jean that he would be late but not how late. I tried several times to reach Jean but only was able to leave VM. I waited over 2 hours and no one showed and no one returned my VM's. On top of that no one has called since you must not need the work.
I called them, and I was amazed at how fast they came out to give me a free estimation, it was just what I needed. The price was fair and the customer service was excellent!
