Bought a long-range e-bike here for weekend rides. The team recommended the right model based on what I wanted. The quality is excellent, solid frame and strong battery. They even showed me how to care for it so it lasts longer. Price was good compared to ordering online, plus I have local support if I need service.

Got my inner tube replaced here and had a great experience, they were honest and affordable. I'm still on the same tubes more than 1/2 a year later (it has lasted longer than the last place I replaced my tubes from). They speak mostly Mandarin so you only speak English, be prepared with a translation app and a plan of what you need.

Nobody here speaks English. I asked to have my break pads replaced and my front tube replaced. I was quoted a price for everything. I came back and was told some gibberish about my breaks, then another person intervened to try and explain but he barely made any sense either. In the end my breaks weren't touched and I paid an unusually high price for a simple tube replacement, and any attempt to get an explanation was met with a dead eyed stare and a sequence of words that made no sense.
