She clearly explained what was needed to get everything processed and sent. When I arrived, Ellie greeted me with a warm smile and handled check-in and the lab draw with such efficiency and kindness. Staff is amazing. I get in super quick and the staff listens to me I dont feel like im speaking with a corporate robot that just want my money.
