My records would not be listed under my maiden name, Kinsley. I am suprized you would make comment about about my patient status. It's a basic HIPAA. My visit to your clinic was, frankly, unacceptable. The care provided showed a complete disregard for patient needs, resulting in an utterly frustrating and substandard experience.
I had a great experience here. The staff was knowledgeable, caring, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I felt heard, supported! Highly recommend if you’re looking for thorough, compassionate care.
