The previous poster obviously had a one-time, blue moon, bad experience. This is not indicative in any way of how Sherry's operates on a daily basis. I have been a loyal customer for years, and have never had a semi-bad experience. Most of the women are sweet as pie, the owner is an awesome woman and I have always been treated as a valued customer. I have lived out of state for 1.5 years now, and I still only get my hair cut at Sherry's. To me it is totally worth it. I have tried other salons and IMO Sherry's is the best bar... read more

I have been going to Sherry's for years. She did a beautiful job on my hair for my wedding, and my bridesmaid's hair... on a Saturday too. She is great at curly hair, as she has curls herself. They listen to what you want, what you an maintain, and do what you asked for. The staff is great and I have never had a hard time getting in to see her. As with any quality salon, you can't call on a Wednesday and expect to get in on Friday... but if they can they will try to work you in. I have gone many places over the years trying ... read more

This place sucks. They are completely unreliable. They scheduled to do my hair before a banquet and then three hours before backed out because they had an open house they had to get ready for the next day. If you're just going in for quick walk-in cut, they're probably fine. But, if you're wanting to schedule them for your big day, wedding, banquet, etc., then don't count on their showing up because they'll back out on you last minute and you'll find yourself looking for someone else to do it last minute!
