Grossly overpriced to many places substantially superior quality for a lot less money and backed by a better warranty. Beware of a south coast ripoffs . Shop around don't take first price you will do better. On their $70k building I saved 40% completed on site by Sydney Reputable Building company with a larger lounge dining and verandah and many extra fittings and fixtures and premium quality Australian hardware item's for less
