Ah! I JUST got out of the chair but I have to say that was an amazing experience and I can’t wait to go back. Professional, detail oriented, customer service top notch and just all of the things you would want from someone dealing with your hair which is such an intimidate part of your life. Brad is great! I went in the first time and had a good haircut, just a little bit too long. That's fine, it was my mistake for not clarifying what exactly I wanted so I left and thought I'd just go to another barber and see what happens. Brad calls me up, knowing that something felt off, and offered a complimentary haircut to rectify the mistake. He absolutely did not need to do this, but because he did, I will definitely be returning here. Maybe I'll try out different styles now too.
