Spoke with this company over the phone and set a date for him to come out to bid a deck. This date was 3 days after the phone call. I took time off of work and he never shows up. Waste of time.
Ken(owner) and his crew were very professional.they managed their time well and got my timbertech composite deck put up in no time.another deck went above and beyond to build our deck.i highly recommend this company they know what they are doing!
AVOID AT ALL COST! Contractor sat in our kitchen on 4/13/18 and proposed what is listed below. Initially we had a bigger deck area planned and contractor quoted $15,000. When we said that was way beyond what we wanted to spend, the contractor proposed what is listed below for the price of $10,000. There was absolutely NO indication on that evening of 4/13/18 that the contractor would come back on 5/26/18 and raise the price 40% to $14,000 for the same work that was agreed upon and down payment given.
