When I arrived, I was instructed to go to the low bar to pick up my online order. I went to the bar where the bartender and two other employees were standing. No one acknowledged me. I stood there for several minutes without being acknowledged while at least 6 employees walked past without offering any assistance. My group of three were put on the waiting list for 35-40 minute wait. After patiently waiting until it had been 45 minutes, and watching as several parties had come in after us and be seated, another party of three came in and were yet again seated before us. I don't think I'll be coming back any time soon.
