My husband and I have been coming to another broken egg since they opened and we are so glad that they hired our girl Karli. We have been following Karli since she worked in old times and Macon and that was eight years ago we followed her from Wild wings and now we’re here and when I tell you, she is the best server that we have ever had in Warner Robins and we’re honestly not just saying that she loves what she does and you can definitely tell and don’t even get us started on that. Came in today to grab breakfast. Was told a wait of 20-min for a part of two. Three groups are sat before us that came after we arrived. I understand waiting. But logic sets in when I arrive before people, I should be sat before them.
Great food and nice place!! Loads of options and super friendly employees! I was served at the bar by T’Erica and her friend (can’t remember the sweet girls name)! Gave options on customer favorites and extremely patient when we wanted to change our minds!! The only complaint is how long the food always takes to come out (took 1 hr for two people)
The waitress today Karlie follow through was very lacking…. Two tables seated after us got their food before us. We had No serve ware once food was brought. I had to go ask someone to give us forks…. She would go missing for lengthy periods of time we had to wait for everything but other tables around us server was on point. We have had her twice and it was the same so it’s not having a bad day but bad behavior that is not good for customer service.
