Only have has to-go service. The food is always fantastic.
Told me it was a 30 minute wait as I waited an hour and a half to even be seated. I watched group after group being seated and was even told someone went ahead of me and took my spot by mistake. Again we waited for another 15 minutes until another group gave us a position because they even told the hostess we waited so long I promise i will never return after this. Either figure out how to seat people accordingly and don’t sit up front giggling and being on your phones very unprofessional.
It pains me to write because the food is delicious and its somewhere I guinely want to like. However, every time I come here (5+ times) the service and hosts are absolutely awful. They'll tell you long wait times and I can understand that. I dont mind waiting for a little while. My issue is every time we come we are skipped over in a wait for a table and waits for our drinks and meals. We've gotten our sweet teas delivered with our hot meals. It took well over an hour to get our food. Our waitress was very professional and nice. Finally had to change our order to to-go because it was taking so long. Sat there for an hour and twenty minutes and only enjoyed a glass of water and a cup of coffee. We were a party of two with no wait for a table. The only reason I’m leaving a bad review is due to the absence of a manager. When we asked for the manager, they told us they were in the kitchen and not available.
