You can tell when a doctor genuinely cares for their patients. I called to make an appointment with Dr. Bandara and told her staff member what I would be coming in for. I took time off work, came to the office, and the doctor sat with me for maybe 1 minute just to read my chart (information that I already know), and then tells me I should go see a specialist. Dr Bandara is a a great doctor and very knowledgeable.
Dr. Bandara is very accurate with her diagnoses and I am very confident being her patient.
Dr. Bandara is an exceptional doctor - the best I have found. However, within the last couple months or more I have had my calls answered by an older woman who is ALWAYS too busy to make an appointment for you. She either puts you on hold until your break is over or as in my case said she was too busy to make an appointment and would have to call me back. She finally did, 7 hrs later.
